1937 Born in Kishiwada-city, Osaka prefecture.
1957 When she was a student of Bunka Fashion College,won best award of Nippon Designers Club's design contest.
1961 Graduated from Bunka Fashion College.
Became an exclusive designer for young ladies, of Ginza Komatsu Store (current name: Ginza Komatsu).
1964 Opened an haute couture atelier in Shinsaibashi, Osaka.
1977 Joined TD6 (Top Designer's 6).
Showed off in Tokyo collection and attended constantly every twice a year.
1978 Showed off in ALTA MODA, in Rome, as the first Japanese designer.
Made sensational debut in overseas, Italian Harper's Bazaar featured her and spent 30 pages.
1982 Established HIROKO KOSHINO International Inc.  and became a president.
Started women's ready-to-wear and licensing business.
Showed off in Paris collection and attended constantly every twice a year.
1983 Became specialty member of Osaka 21st Century Association.
Held a show of 3 sisters, Hiroko, Junko and Michiko KOSHINO as an event of Osaka 21st Century Plan.
1984 Presented her show at Jing Jiang Club, in Shanghai, Chinaas the first Japanese designer.
1985 Opened Tokyo Office.
Became a member of Council of Fashion Designers, Tokyo (CFD),
a member of Kansai Association of Corporate Executives, and an honorary member of Japan Designers Club Inc.
1987 Showed off in Osaka Collection at My Dome Osaka,
under the auspices of Osaka prefecture, Osaka-city, and economic executives of Osaka.
Presented her show in Seoul, South Korea.
1988 Established HIROKO KOSHINO Design Office Co.,Ltd
Inaugurated herself president.
Became chairperson of HIROKO KOSHINO International  Inc.
1989 Became a member of executive committee of World Fashion Fair (WFF).
1990 Organized C.O.D. (Collective of Osaka Designers) and took the position of chairperson.
1991 Opened HIROKO KOSHINO Design Office, Paris.
1993 10th year to attend in Paris Collection and stopped showing off in Paris Collection after this year.
1994 Presented a collaboration "TWILIGHT MODES" in Prague, in Czech Republic  with an architect, Borek SIPEK, and a stage director, Bambi UDEN.
Held an exhibition "HIROKO KOSHINO WORKS" at Kintetsu Art Building in Osaka, exhibited her works and Japanese calligraphy works written by her.
1995 Lectured in International Apparel Federation Convention as a representative of Asian designers in Washington, U.S.A.
1996Opened Koshino Hiroko Salon in Osaka Imperial Hotel.
Designed employees' uniform of Osaka Imperial Hotel.
1997 Showed off HIROKO KOSHINO HOMME in Osaka Collection,engaging the governor of Osaka and the mayor of Osaka as models.
Celebrated 15th year anniversary of brand foundation and 40th year of fashion design activity.
Won the first honor of 15th Mainichi Fashion Award.
Published a book of her total works titled "HK2001".
1998 Held an fashion event "Fashion Vision 21" with a composer, Shigeaki SAEGUSA, at Chikatsu Asuka Museum.
1999 Opened HIROKO KOSHINO HOMME store in Osaka Imperial Hotel.
2000 Held a collaboration event titled "Tactile Sensation" with a space designer, Christian BIECHER, in Hamburg, Germany.
Designed ballet costumes for Grand Theatre De Geneve, for the first performance in Japan.
Held a fashion show of 3 sisters, Hiroko, Junko and Michiko at their home town, Kishiwada-city, Osaka.
2001 <SEMPER> was built as the atelier, gallery and guest house in Ashiya City, Hyogo.
Won the first honor of Osaka Art Award 2001.
2002 Held an exhibition "Honoka, Hirameki" in Tokyo, Sapporo, and Kokura, exhibited her Japanease drawings with brush and Chinese ink.
2003 Held an exhibition "HIROKO KOSHINO WORKS” at Kintetsu Art Building in Osaka, exhibited her works and Japanease drawings with brush and Chinese ink.
2004 Held an exhibition "HIROKO KOSHINO Exhibition 2004” at Ashiya city museum of art & history as a collection of her best creative works, at the request of Ashiya city, exhibited her Japanease calligraphy works and her painting as well as her fashion design works.
2005 Acted as the producer of "Cool Biz" to call for men's energy-saving fashion for summer, asking for cooperation from various quarters as well as proposing her own designs. This movement became a social phenomenon.
2006 Held the collaborating exhibition titled "Kasane" with Kondaya Genbe, the well-established kimono maker, and architect Kengo Kuma, at the Daimaru Museum Tokyo.
Kimonos and obi belts that were made from very fine silk by Kondaya Genbe and decorated with paintings drawn with brush and Chinese ink were displayed in Kuma-designed stunning atmosphere of the venue decorated with moss, as if a traditional Japanese garden, together with her dresses with Japanese flavors.
2007 Commemorated 50th anniversary of career as a fashion designer.
Had a show collaborating with British musician Michael Nyman in Shanghai, as an official participation program for the 9th China Shanghai International Arts Festival. The show, in which some 30 Chinese models strolled on runway with dresses from Koshino’s collections and dancers from the Dancing Troupe of Shanghai Opera House wearing Koshino-designed costumes danced, while Nyman and his quartet played original scores for this event, fascinated as many as 2,000 audiences.
2008 Company name was changed into Hiroko Koshino Co., Ltd from Hiroko Koshino Design Office.
2009 Participated Paris Collection in March and presented 09/10 AW Collection. Returning to Paris after 15 years, Koshino's drawings and Japanese caligraphy were displayed at the event site. Japanese culture mixed with modern design essence, items such as kinomono like coats, obi belts inspired by 'Kabuki' and elegant dress were shown.
Became the Advisory Board member of Renoun Inc., “Women's point of view is important as well.  Would like to seek more of Renoun's ability'” commented the designer with enthusiasm.
With the special invitation from the Taiwan Textile Federation, Hiroko Koshino presented 09/10 AW Collection in Taipei arena for 'Taipei in Style' event. Open forum and Collection show with Taiwan's top designer Shiatzy Chen were held.
